DOWNLOAD CHANGES SHEET

Changes are available for all full-priced items. Items must be sent back to ÔNNE within 14 days of receiving your order. ÔNNE can deny the change if more days have passed.

ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED IN THEIR ORIGINAL CONDITION INCLUDING TAGS AND SANITARY LABELS.

Once the package gets to our distribution system, items will be inspected. If it is in good conditions the change will be accepted. Within the next days you will get an email from ÔNNE refunding your item in credit through a personal code to use in another order. ÔNNE reserves the right to deny a change if items are returned used, soiled, worn or damaged in any way or have any form of perfumes or scents on the fabric and they will be returned to sender. You will be notified via email if your returned item is not suitable for a change. The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable. For us is really important to help our ÔNNE SQUAD in any service so we have our own change distribution system where sending back the package will be way cheaper than a normal shipping transfer.

Please allow 5 business days for a change to be processed from the date that the returned item is received by ÔNNE.

Please contact as at changes@onneswimwear.com for any help or questions you may have. ÔNNE is not responsible for the package on its way back to origin for a change. ÔNNE does not have any access to does packages until they get to our distribution system.

You can download and print the change sheet. It must go inside the package that you are returning.

All orders should be returned to the address below. Please note that the goods are your responsibility until they are returned to ÔNNE. ÔNNE will not issue a refund on item/s that are not received or are lost in transit.

If you were shipped the wrong order or a faulty item, please notify us immediately by contacting our Customer Care team at info@onneswimwear.com and quoting the order number and fault or incorrect item.

EXCHANGES

Changes will be only available for same category product being able to change color and size. Only one change is done per order.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

All Final Sale Items cannot be returned for exchange. Any Final Sale Items which are returned will be refused upon delivery and returned to sender.
